At BlueTick Nexus, we act as a "Data Fiduciary" under Indian law. We are committed to protecting your personal data and the data of your customers that travels through our platform via the WhatsApp Cloud API.
1. Data We Collect
- Account Information: Name, email, and billing address.
- API Credentials: Your Meta Permanent Access Tokens and Phone IDs (stored encrypted).
- Communication Logs: Status of messages (Sent, Delivered, Read) for analytics.
- Contact Lists: Phone numbers you upload via CSV for campaign purposes.
2. Purpose of Processing
We process data solely for the following "Lawful Bases":
- To provide the WhatsApp broadcasting service you subscribed to.
- To trigger automated chatbot responses based on your rules.
- To generate GST-compliant invoices for your payments.
3. WhatsApp Data & Meta Cloud API
We use the WhatsApp Cloud API (hosted by Meta). Please note:
- Message content is encrypted during transit.
- Nexus does not store message content after 30 days (consistent with Meta's retention policy).
- We do not sell your contact lists or your customers' data to third-party advertisers.
4. Your Rights (DPDP Act 2023)
As a "Data Principal" in India, you have the following rights:
Right to Access: View all data we hold about you.
Right to Erasure: Request permanent deletion of your account.
Right to Correct: Update inaccurate information in settings.
Grievance Redressal: Contact our DPO for complaints.
